We have designed Pop Hop as a brand that’s simple, natural, artisanal. With an identity inspired by the universally understood form of a popsicle, tilted at an angle, with character infused for an artisanal look. And a strong positioning that serves as a call to Enjoy Now!
While ice cream brands are aplenty, when it comes to Popsicles, India needed a generic brand. How do we change the perception of Popsicles as guilty pleasures, create the nudge for people of all ages to live in the moment and enjoy a natural popsicle, safely!
Pop Hop removes the guilt, celebrates the spontaneity of having a naturally artisanal fruit-infused popsicle. The service experience is immersive, designed as three simple steps: pick, dunk, pop, to prolong the moments of joy.
Besides, popsicles come with an existential crisis, they melt! So, we designed Pop Hops to be served in glasses, adding a fourth step, drink! Plus designed 4 formats, Pop Hop Party, Kiosk, Cart and Instore. The service design has led to a new consumer experience where people are taking away Pop Hops to mix with their cocktails! Adding more reasons to hop across to the nearest kiosk (like Mr Pop / the mascot), grab a Pop Hop and enjoy anytime, anywhere.
