Panel 3 :: Designing for the Customer
How do we respond to the customer who is changing at breakneck speed, surprising and challenging the design offering?

Sandeep Dhar, President, Customer Experience Transformation, Hexaware :: Customers need empathy. Developing empathy and deeper understanding to tackle difficult customers are skills that designers need to develop, to survive and grow..

Charulata Ravi Kumar, Managing Director, Accenture :: Designers must understand and map every step of the customer’s journey to create successful products/services/systems and businesses. They need to break hierarchies and take up leadership roles…possibly even as Customer Satisfaction Design Officers!
