Showcasing the Journey of Life
Inspired by “The Journey of Life”, the Vydehi Museum is a center of excellence in medical discovery and research that invites students on a journey through life.
In today’s dynamic digital age, a static museum with passive exhibits is not enough. Students are engaged if they are able to relate and ‘feel’ the museum as a living artistic expression and representation of their own body — its countless miracles, the coming together of art and science, its possibilities and limitations.
We have designed the 50,000 sq ft facility as an Integrated and Interactive Museum, a Multimedia Theatre with a well stocked Library for students of medicine. A space that is immersive, captivating and transformative with local lighting, well categorized specimens, interactive and interchangeable display panels, 3D models of morphing microorganisms, light and video installations on the walls.
